For more than 50 years, the Building Industry Association of Central KY has served as the leading not-for-profit trade organization dedicated to residential construction and remodeling in Central Kentucky. With approximately 1220 members, the BIA works with government, public, business and community organizations in seven counties. BIA members provide affordable housing by promoting healthy economic and building conditions while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
